Jenna Bottolfsen is an experienced leadership development expert with over 25 years in the Wichita corporate landscape. Her executive HR background includes talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development.

As owner of Wallace Associates, Jenna partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, guide career transitions, and help employees thrive in their next opportunities. She was named a 2025 Women in Business honoree by the Wichita Business Journal, recognizing women who lead, empower, and ignite change in their communities.

Jenna holds a Business Management degree from Wichita State University and an MBA from Webster University. She serves as the president of the board of Juniper Arts Academy, which brings fine arts education to youth in foster care and the juvenile justice system.
